If the tradesperson hasn’t been able to contact you, we’ll send you a message asking you to try contacting the tradesperson directly yourself. Our tradespeople pay for the opportunity to quote on your job, so we ask that you please ensure that you allow them to do so.

You should visit the profile of each tradesperson we send you and review their qualifications, past work, and, of course, reviews. When you withdraw or cancel a job post, it won't be live on our platform anymore. However, tradespeople who purchased your job before its closure may still reach out to you. While we do send email notifications when a tradesperson is interested, you can also check by logging into your account. If you decide to close your job, please remember to inform the tradespeople who have expressed interest in quoting.
After posting your job, it's sent to relevant tradespeople in the specified area and trade. Interested tradespeople pay to access your contact details and provide quotes directly. To ensure a competitive market and protect your information, only a maximum of three tradespeople will receive your contact details, allowing for up to three quotes. We promptly share tradespeople's details and ratings via email, app notifications, or SMS each time they express interest in your job. Adding photos to your job post is highly recommended. Photos provide valuable visual context for tradespeople, helping them better understand your job requirements and provide more accurate quotes. Including extra information such as photos, plans, drawings, or other relevant images increases the likelihood of tradespeople responding to your job post.
The more information you can provide for our tradespeople, the better. We ask for your job type , your postcode, and approximate budget. In your job description, give additional details such as: - When do you want the work to start - Whether you already have materials - The size of the room(s) or affected area(s) - The size and type of property - Whether you have planning permission and/or drawings - Whether your budget is flexible The budget you provide assists us in setting appropriate pricing for tradespeople to quote on your job. It's important to provide an approximate yet realistic budget to ensure accurate quotes. but we always advise to get the tradesperson to come to your home to view the job required , this will give you a more accurate cost of how much the job will cost , please get all quotes in writing
Firstly please prioritise in resolving the issue with the Tradesperson directly, by giving them a fair chance to rectify the job. We recommend the following steps: 1. Confirm that your complaint relates to work and not materials 2. Reach out to the tradesperson to inform them of the issue 3. Schedule a specific time for them to fix the issue establish a final deadline for resolution, if the tradesperson fails to address the problem or rectify the work, or communication breaks down we recommend you explore your legal rights or contact us for further assistance.
We ask that you please: - Take down your job post if it is not already closed - Inform any other tradespeople that may have asked provided a quote - please always rate (give feedback) the chosen tradesperson once the job is completed
